Uburyo bukoreshwa mu gutegura potage y’igihaza n’umufa

Ibihaza cyangwa ibidegede bigira amoko menshi. Hano mu Rwanda ibikunze kugaragara ni ibihaza by’icyatsi bifite imbere h’umuhondo. Ibikoresho

- gr 100 z’amavuta ya beurre (butter)
- Igitunguru kiringaniye
- Puwaro 2 nto
- Izindi mboga niba uzifite ( si ngombwa cyane)
- Igihaza cy’ikiro kimwe. (1 kg)
- Umufa cyangwa amazi, niba wakase ikiro cy’igihaza koresha hagati ya ½ cya litiro kugeza kuri litiro 2 z’amazi.
- Inyanya ebyiri cyangwa rumwe (si ngombwa cyane)
-Umunyu n’agasenda.

Ibyo gutaka : akayiko kamwe ka crème fraîche kuri buri sahane  na za persil ziseye.

Uko bitekwa :

•  Hata igihaza, ugikatemo ibice binini,
•  Kata igitunguru, n’ibice by’umweru bya puwaro, ushobora gushyiramo izindi mboga nka karoti, uduti twa choufleur  nkeya.
•  Shyushya amavuta (butter) mu isafuriya, shyiramo ibitunguru bihindure ibara na puwaro.
•  Shyiramo ibice by’igihaza wakase, ukarange buhoro buhoro mu gihe cy’iminota 10.
•  Sukamo umufa w’inkoko cyangwa amazi hanyuma ureke bibire mu minota 45
•  Iminota 10 mbere yo kubikuraho, ushobora kongeramo inyanya, zizatuma bigira ibara ryiza, ukomeze ureke bishye mu minota 10.
•  Sya iyo potaje ukoresheje mixeur, isupu igomba kuba iseye cyane kandi idafashe cyane
